Comment: Not must to really review, gotta have it in order for it to work. But I've experienced a brand new cartridge getting an beep from catgenie like it was empty.
Still trying to work that one out, besides taking it apart and cleaning everything. Will have to call customer service again tomorrow and see what other solution we can do to resolve my problem.

Made with same ingredients used by veterinarians to sterilize their exam and operating areas, each Sani-Soultion Smart Cartidge will even alert you when the solution runs low. The Sani-Solution Smart Cartridge can also be purchased individually or in a 6-pack. Extra Cat Genie Washable Granules are also available and sold separately.
