Comment: A person from the Great Dane playgroup I bring my Danes to recommended fish zole when we were talking about ghiardia (sp?), which my dogs end up with frequently as they like to play and drink the water at the Minnehaha dog park along the Mississippi River here in Minneapolis. Treatment of anything in danes can be expensive due to their size and the large doses required for effectiveness. Add to that the huge mark up that the vet tacks on for a few pills and things can get out of hand quickly. This is a great product that does the same thing as what the vet prescribes and costs a fraction of what the vet charges. I also bought some of the Fish Mox at the same time to keep on hand in case needed.

Summary: Fantastic Alternative to Expensive Vet RX
Comment: I paid 2x as much for a ten pill RX from my vet, even though dosage mg was exactly the same. I have enough now to handle a year's worth of vet prescriptions. I also reccomend Fishmox and Fishflex. These are fantastic, affordable alternatives to ridiculous med prices given by vets.

An effective remedy for the control of "Hole in the Head" and "Angel Problems" in cichlid and discus. Aquarium and ornamental fish only. Each tablet contains 250 mg metronidazole. One tablet per 5-10 gallons of aquarium water.
